I designed the future of grocery shopping in Amazon Fresh by evangelizing the latest voice & touch driven experiences such as, "Alexa, what's for dinner?" along with experiences that redefine how customers shop for groceries based on location, delivery speed, SNAP/EBT benefits, and mobile devices.
Amazon strives to be Earth's most customer-centric company where people can find and discover virtually anything they want to buy. Contributing from within the Product & Service Discovery team I relentlessly explore and test methods of improving customers' shopping experience. As an Amazonian every day is still day one, but on an average day I can be found whiteboarding, sketching (both on paper and in the Sketch 3 App), diagraming, wireframing & prototyping.
